Black River Falls AYSO soccer Region 913 has the following policies in place.
Refund Policy
The Region’s refund policy for the Spring 2024 season is as follows:
All requests for refund of player registration fees must be submitted in writing. Email timestamp or postmark shall be used to determine when notice was received.
- Notices received before April 15th (week of first practice) will be eligible for a full refund of the Region Fee. There is no refund of the $20.00 AYSO Membership Fee and the $2.75 AYSO Service Fee under any circumstance. This is a fee collected by the AYSO national office.
- We will first attempt to refund the money to the card on file. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a mailed paper check.
All requests must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]
Please include the following information with your refund request:
- Include the player’s full name and date of birth.
- Name of the person who check should be made out to (if we cannot refund electronically).
- Complete address where check should be mailed.
- Reason for withdrawal.
Pet Policy
Black River Falls AYSO Soccer Region 913 will allow pets on the field with the following conditions.
- You must clean up after your pet
- Your pet must be on a leash at all times
- Your pet must always have adult supervision
- Your pet cannot be a distraction to the kids during practice or a game
If you are found in violation of any of these conditions, you will be asked to remove your pet and forfeit your right to bring your pet to the field for the remainder of the season.
The removal of a pet will be at a board members and coach’s discretion. The AYSO soccer Region 913 board reserves the right to remove this policy at any time as seen fit for the safety of a child and to continue to provide a fun environment for all.
